1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and DHUB TECHNOLOGIES ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our software application, marketplace, content, services, and features ("App" or "Service").

Your continued use of the App signifies your full and unconditional acceptance of:

2. Eligibility & User Representation

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with this Agreement;
• You will use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws;
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access most features of the App, you must register an account.

3.1 Information Requirements

During registration, you must provide:

• Your full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Any other information required for marketplace participation

3.2 Responsibility for Account

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Updating your information to remain accurate and complete

4. Marketplace Services

The App is a digital marketplace enabling users to buy, sell, list, advertise, and transact goods and services ("Marketplace Transactions").

4.1 Nature of Service

You acknowledge and agree that:

• DHUB TECHNOLOGIES is not the seller or buyer of any user-listed goods or services.
• Listings are created, owned, and controlled solely by users.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or availability of any listing.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using the App, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Listing or selling illegal, restricted, stolen, counterfeit, or hazardous products
• Misrepresenting goods, prices, or transaction terms
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Uploading harmful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Circumventing fees, security protocols, or protections
• Uploading malware, viruses, bots, or automated scripts
• Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering content
• Violating intellectual property rights of others

6. Payment Processing

Payments for transactions within the App are processed exclusively through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.

6.2 Sensitive Data

We do not collect, store, or access:

• Card numbers
• CVV codes
• Expiration dates

All sensitive data is processed directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance standards.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may upload, post, submit, or transmit content, including but not limited to listings, photos, descriptions, comments, and messages.

7.1 Ownership & License

Users retain ownership of their content. However, by submitting content, you grant DHUB TECHNOLOGIES a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable license to use, store, reproduce, display, host, distribute, and modify your content solely for purposes of operating the marketplace and improving the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DHUB TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Loss of data or privacy breaches
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in user-generated content
• Conduct of third-party payment processors
• Issues arising from transactions between users
• Downtime, bugs, or termination of service
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes, claims, or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
